Not only that, but the person answering the phone will be able to answer almost any question you may have, from where is my order, to what is the best food for my pup? Does your dog have any health issues, we can help!
Secondly, once you purchase one of our products, we consider you part of Dr. Harvey’s family. We encourage everyone to either email or call us with any questions or concerns, it is literally what we are here for, to help guide you every step of the way to a healthy, happy pup.
Thirdly, we truly care. We are all passionate dog lovers who believe that dogs are our family and only want the best for you and your pet. We tear up on the phone when your pup is not well and cheer you on when your pup is feeling better and thriving on our foods.
